Purpose & Process

Fire Salt & Sea came to me with a clear intention — to create a calm, spacious online home that better reflects their approach. The old website didn’t capture the quality of the services, nor did it offer the flexibility they needed to grow.

We started by grounding the web design in the brand’s name — Fire, Salt, Sea — working with soft textures, natural tones, and clear, open layouts. The typography and motion were carefully paced to support a sense of flow and stillness. Every element was chosen to feel intentional and unhurried.

The build is lightweight, fast, and easy to update. We integrated booking tools and a flexible, bespoke content management system, providing full control to shape and evolve the site as the business evolves.

Results & Reflections

Since launch, the site has supported a noticeable increase in bookings and longer visitor sessions. Clients find it easy to navigate and often describe it as soothing and spacious — much like the work itself.

The mobile experience was a key focus and it’s paid off. Visitors can browse, book and connect without friction.

This was a deeply collaborative project. We’re proud to have helped create a digital space that feels like a true extension of Fire Salt Sea — calm, grounded and elemental.
